KNOW OUR CHAMPION OF CHANGE

LedBy's COO, Deepanjali got featured by the IDR for her exclusive piece of article on Muslim women in India’s workforce: Where are they? The article was published in 2021 and discusses why Indian Muslim women are practically invisible in leadership positions and boardrooms across the country.

"Deepanjali is not just involved and invested in me but with every cohort member. She personally prepared me for interviews, GD’s, CV formatting, and gave me juicy tips, which resulted in my placement in the organisation I was looking for. Every other woman deserves a mentor like Deepanjali, who literally light up the lives with her charm."
