Jennifer McEwen is an executive coach and proven change leader with a track record of helping transform businesses. She has held executive-level positions in Forbes 25 and Fortune 100 companies and has deep experience in multiple industries. After working in the corporate world for 25 years, she started her business partnership, LAITHOS, with two other women leaders. LAITHOS helps people do more, show up brilliantly, and make a more significant difference. Jennifer believes that leadership happens when we “bring the human back into being” and inspire others to take responsibility for their world around them.
