Rukhsar Choudhary

Rukhsar Choudhary is an incoming Management Trainee at TATA AIA. She has completed her post-graduation at IIM Visakhapatnam, where she also got an opportunity to intern with V-Guard Industries Ltd. She was also the Senior Coordinator of Manthan - HR Club of IIM V. She has been a National Finalist of renowned B-School and Corporate competitions like Jubilant Lifesciences, V-guard Big Idea Contest, etc, and has won most of them. She has also been a part of Google Ad Grant Challenge. She is the Co-Author of ‘ZENSAR- A Billion Dollar Transformation’, published in the 25th edition of ‘A book of Selected cases’ brought out by SAIL. Her case study on Zivame was selected in the Top 10 in International Case Submission. Before joining IIM V, she pursued BCOM from SIES College where she was the top ranker and took various leadership positions like Representative of Batch in Student Council, Admin Coordinator,etc. She is an avid reader and loves to paint and do calligraphy. She’s a foodie and loves to explore new places and capture the memories through her lens. She is also an active volunteer of RobinHood Army and also participated in various beach clean-up drives.
She is currently working on her start-up with co-founders and is looking for Venture capitalists and mentors to help her raise the fund needed for it.
