Eisha Choudhary

Eisha Choudhary is a Doctoral candidate at the Department of Social Work, Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi. Her research revolves around Muslim women entrepreneurs in Delhi, exploring the intersectionality of multiple identities and their lived experiences. She has worked with several non-governmental organizations helping them set up and design programs. She has been a facilitator at conducting workshops on life skills, participatory research tools, and gender sensitization. She is passionate about the art-based therapeutic process and loves to spend time drawing and painting. Through her words and art, she has documented hate and injustices happening in the country. Assertive of her identity, she strongly believes in the power of empathy to make the world a better place for underprivileged people.
