Dr Rahna

Dr Rahna is currently an External monitor in WHO for COVID and Routine Immunization in Malappuram district of Kerala state. She is also a teaching faculty (guest) in the Department of Public Health and Community Medicine at Central University. Additionally, she is a Content developer for a Women's Diabetes prevention program and gives data analysis/statistical assistance to post-graduate medical/dental students in their Master's research. Previously, she was a Research Consultant at the Centre for Budget and Policy Studies, Bangalore. She holds a 5 years of clinical experience in India and abroad and 1 year of research experience. She did her Masters' in Public health from Central University of Kerala and Bachelors' in Dental Surgery from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala. She was a student member of the committee for gender sensitization.
She believes that when a woman is financially independent, she will make better decisions and choices in life and can have a life with dignity. She is a student for life as she continuously learns new things and paints/gardens/bake in her free time.
