Adiba Ahmed

Adiba Ahmed is an Electronics & Communication Engineer by degree who chose to follow her passion for People Management. She recently completed her Masters in Organisation Development, Change, and Leadership from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and joined Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as an L&D Partner. As part of her master's dissertation, she studied parameters that help 'Indian Muslim Women in having a Professional Career.' She comes with three years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Communication. She is a firm believer in equality and has been a Gender Advocate for the School of Management & Labour Studies (SMLS), TISS Mumbai. Born and brought up in the northernmost Himalayan district in Uttarakhand, Adiba believes mountains form an integral part of who she is. They inspire her to dream big and hold her ground. She is a learning enthusiast who loves to read and hoard books!
