As Global Learning Editor at Reuters News, she leads a team of learning editors who have transformed how hundreds of journalists develop their craft across the global newsroom.

Supriya's coaching approach is grounded in her deep understanding of adult learning and her unique ability to create safe spaces where clients can explore their strengths, navigate challenges, and identify effective paths forward. She works with proven frameworks while honoring each client's unique context, combining structure with flexibility to drive sustainable results.

Her professional journey across industries revealed her true calling: understanding how people learn, grow, and become the leaders they aspire to be. Since 2016, she has designed and delivered transformative learning experiences across Reuters' bureaus, honing her skills in impactful facilitation, consultative partnership-building, and adaptive thinking. As a certified trainer and coach, Supriya empowers clients to maximize their potential in both professional and personal aspects of their lives.

Her global perspective is enriched by her work across diverse cultures and her experience leading teams spanning Asia, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.

Born in Mumbai and raised in Nairobi, Supriya built her career in India, where she lives with her husband and two sons. Her curiosity about the workings of the human mind fuels both her coaching practice and her own passion for continuous learning.

Supriya is a Certified Executive Coach and holds certifications in training and facilitation.
