Rohini D’Souza is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC–ICF), Work Psychologist, and Founder of Psynapsez, a leadership and talent development firm based in Mumbai, India.

With over 20 years of experience in organizational psychology, leadership development, and behavioral change, Rohini partners with leaders and professionals to build high-performing teams, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and lead with clarity, confidence, and accountability. Drawing on her background in work psychology, she integrates behavioral science with practical business insight to enable sustainable performance and meaningful growth.

Rohini brings more than 15,000 hours of facilitation experience and over 600 hours of individual and group coaching. She has designed and delivered leadership journeys across industries including manufacturing, BFSI, retail, media, healthcare, and professional services. Her work spans first-time managers to senior leaders navigating complexity, transition, and scale.

Her coaching style is warm, empathetic, and action-oriented. She creates a reflective yet results-focused space where leaders examine behavioral patterns, challenge limiting assumptions, and translate insight into disciplined action. She is particularly passionate about helping leaders move from operational effectiveness to intentional leadership impact.

Beyond her corporate work, Rohini is deeply committed to mentoring and community development. She has mentored youth through the Take Charge initiative, supporting young professionals in building employability skills and confidence. She also serves as a mentor with the Cherie Blair Foundation’s Mentoring Women in Business Programme, where she supports women entrepreneurs globally in strengthening leadership capability and business growth.
