Her coaching style is client-centered and relationship-
focused. She serves as a guide helping you identify your
goals, explore possibilities and create a realistic action
plan. Janell’s first priority is to create an environment
where you can feel free to explore and discuss your
feelings, fears and desires without any judgement. Her
second priority is to help you translate those insights into
meaningful action. Without action, there is no change!
Education: Janell holds a BA in Business Administration
and an MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from
Harvard Extension School where she focused on the study
of human behavior in the workplace and improving the
employee experience. She is currently pursuing a PsyD in
Leadership Psychology at William James College, with a
concentration in neuroscience.
She is a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach and
holds an Executive Coaching Graduate Certificate from
William James College.
Experience & Work History: With over 25 years in
corporate America, Janell has held leadership roles across
strategy, operations, marketing, technology, and project
management, including positions on senior management
teams. She began her career as a receptionist and
steadily worked her way up, giving her a deep
appreciation for the challenges professionals face at every
level. She has also co-owned a gym, where she helped
clients reach their fitness and health goals.
This blend of corporate leadership, wellness expertise,
and human psychology shapes her unique coaching
perspective as practical, compassionate, and grounded in
real-world experience."
