Haffsa Rizwani
Partner & PhD Scholar
As a Partner at Inclusive Impact, I work with organizations to navigate the complex and essential work of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), leadership development, People & Culture, social sustainability, and strategic change. My focus is on enabling leaders and teams to build inclusive, impactful, and future-ready organizations—where people, teams, and leadership can genuinely thrive.
Alongside my advisory and consulting practice, I’m a doctoral researcher at Henley Business School, where my research explores the career trajectories and success of Swedish female leaders. I also serve as an advisor to the Henley Centre for Leadership, collaborating with faculty on leadership insight and development initiatives that bridge research and practice, looking ahead at future of leadership and work.
In addition, I am Co-Chair of the British Academy of Management Special Interest Group: Gender in Management, contributing to the advancement of gender-focused scholarship and practice in management studies.
With academic and professional experience spanning Canada, Sweden, the UK, and beyond, my background bridges management consulting, executive education, and business and legal affairs across diverse industries. I have studied internationally with a focus on business, leadership, international affairs, and gender studies, and I bring this global, interdisciplinary perspective into all aspects of my work.
A global citizen at heart, I work fluently across cultures and communities and speak English, Swedish, Norwegian, Urdu, and Punjabi.
