Cecilie T. Everly is an Executive Coach and Norwegian native with more than two decades of
experience in the TechEd industry, where she has led large-scale digital transformations across
global organizations. She holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International
Coaching Federation (ICF). Her career includes leading global product and operations teams and
overseeing key talent and product functions across North America, Europe, and Asia. Cecilie brings
deep expertise in organizational dynamics, change management, and the creation of inclusive, high-
performing cultures.
Cecilie has coached mid-level managers, emerging leaders, and senior leaders and is known for
combining a systemic coaching approach with the Positive Intelligence framework to drive lasting

accuracy, usability, and security. Cecilie also brings valuable experience in understanding the

Cecilie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (International Business & MIS) from
the University of San Francisco, an MBA from Simmons University, a Graduate Certificate in

William James College graduate coaching program.
