A Certified Soft Skills Trainer from Image Consulting Business Institute which is certified by SQA (Scottish Qualifications Authority) and NABET (National Accreditation Board of Education and Training) with a degree in Business Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management.
Growing up in a foreign country in a multicultural environment and interacting with people from all over the world made her appreciate eloquent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal and appropriate Etiquette for every occasion.
She found her calling as a Soft Skills Trainer after a sabbatical and today she has turned her passion for Communication Training into a career. Currently, she is launching her online program on various topics such as Emotional Intelligence, Assertive Communication, and Etiquette.
