Dr. Syeda Ruksheda is a Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist. A celebrated speaker on Mental Health, she has three TEDx talks to her credit. Having received numerous international awards including a prestigious WHO Fellowship from South Korea in psycho-social rehabilitation.

With over 18 years of experience, she is the Co-Chair of women's mental health specialty section of Indian Psychiatric Society, and Secretary of the women's mental health committee of the Indian Association of Private Psychiatry.


  • Understanding Work-Life Balance: Gain a clear understanding of what work-life balance entails and its importance for overall well-being and Commit to ongoing self-assessment and adjustment to sustain balance and mental health
