Rabia Sarwat holds a master’s degree in psychology from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Delhi, and currently serves as an academic counselor, guiding learners in their academic and professional growth at an EdTech organization. Deeply committed to education and community development, she actively participates in religious and social initiatives as a member of the Girls Islamic Organisation (GIO). She has a background in Arabic and also teaches the Arabic language, aiming to make language a tool for cultural and spiritual connection. Rabia has been a community leader from early on, driven by a belief that her work must serve people. Rabia’s passion lies in uplifting the Muslim community, particularly women, by encouraging education, mental health awareness, and empowerment. Her professional and voluntary experiences reflect her dedication to bridging gaps in access to knowledge and creating spaces for dialogue, growth, and resilience. She believes that empowering marginalized voices strengthens the larger social fabric and hopes to continue contributing to inclusive and transformative change through her work at the intersection of education, psychology, and community service. Rabia envisions a society where stereotypes tied to gender and religion no longer limit individuals; she aspires to extend privileges to underprivileged communities, believing that when all parts of society unite, together they create a masterpiece.
