Mantasha Sultana is a reflective and purpose-driven individual, who is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi, and has consistently sought to bridge knowledge with service. As Secretary of the Legal Aid Society at her law school, Mantasha organized campaigns on legal and voter awareness across diverse communities and led student volunteers in workshops, outreach events, and public programs. Her creative curiosity later led her to establish an online business selling handmade beaded accessories, where she discovered her passion for ethical entrepreneurship and women-led enterprises. Guided by faith and compassion, Mantasha envisions creating halal, women-run businesses that empower Muslim women through skill development, creative independence, and community upliftment.
