Maariya Ahmad Waseem

Maariya Ahmad Waseem holds an M.Sc. in Biochemistry and a B.Sc. in Biosciences from Jamia Millia Islamia, along with a Bachelor of Education. She is currently working as a Learning Design Senior Associate at Crowe, where she leverages over five years of experience in instructional design to create impactful and engaging learning experiences. Throughout her career, Maariya has demonstrated strong expertise in instructional design theories, digital learning tools, and project leadership, contributing to both academic and corporate learning environments. Her professional journey reflects a deep passion for lifelong learning, and she continues to build innovative solutions that enhance learner engagement and organizational growth. Beyond her professional commitments, Maariya enjoys exploring new places to experience diverse cultures, trying different cuisines, and watching documentaries to broaden her perspective. She brings to every role not just technical expertise but also a genuine curiosity and commitment to continuous growth.
