Firdaus Fatma is a passionate cybersecurity professional driven to make the Identity and Access Management (IAM) space more inclusive and diverse for women. With strong experience in IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint IIQ, and Ping Federate, as well as on AKS, she focuses on building secure, scalable, and comprehensive digital identity solutions that cover both human and non-human entities. Through the LedBy Accelerator, Firdaus connected with an inspiring network of Muslim women leaders and mentors who strengthened her confidence and leadership journey. The program helped her translate her technical expertise into purpose-driven impact by fostering collaboration, mentorship, and representation in the tech industry. Firdaus aspires to lead initiatives that empower more women to enter and excel in cybersecurity, especially within IAM. She believes in leading by example—proving that inclusion and innovation can go hand in hand when women are given equal opportunities to lead and thrive in technology.
