Sofia Kazmi is a Safety Professional with Five years of experience managing health, safety, and environmental operations in the steel industry. Currently working at Gas Adsorbation & Processing Services Pvt Ltd, Client as Tata Steel, she leads operational safety for gas purification plants. Sofia holds a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety. With a strong interest in data-driven decision-making,  is applying these skills to workplace safety. A firm believer in inclusive leadership, Sofia is committed to creating safer work environments through innovation, empathy, and collaboration. Outside of her professional role, she is also a passionate reader and runs a Book Club where she engages with a diverse literary community.
