Raunaque Fatma is a UGC-NET–qualified Ph.D. scholar in Development Extension at Jamia Millia Islamia and a gold medalist in her M.Sc. With a strong foundation in research, data analysis, and community development, she has driven measurable impact as a Teach For India Fellow—raising student pass rates from 27% to 74%—and supported national initiatives like the Child Marriage Free India campaign. Passionate about empowering women through self-help groups and evidence-based policy, she combines academic rigor with hands-on program design to uplift marginalized communities.
