Fiza Gauri is a dedicated and passionate educator pursuing her Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Gargi College, University of Delhi. With a strong foundation in pedagogy and child psychology, she creates engaging learning experiences that promote academic excellence and personal growth. As a teacher intern at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Fiza taught various subjects to primary and middle school students and developed engaging, interactive lesson plans to support both personal and academic growth. She believes that knowledge is best gained when we experience and explore through our hands and mind, rather than relying solely on textbooks. She has also worked with NGOs, including Gyandeep Growth Foundation, Seekh Foundation, Hamari Pahchan, and Team Everest, contributing to social causes, raising awareness, and helping underprivileged children. Fiza is a published author who has written articles and undertaken research projects. One of her award-winning research projects is titled Teaching: A Noble Profession of Enduring Fulfillment, which demonstrates her journey as a teacher and showcases her commitment to education and social work. With a strong foundation in research, writing, and technical skills, Fiza is well-equipped to drive innovation and excellence in education.
