I’m a purpose-driven professional passionate about leadership, equity, and creating meaningful impact. With a background in management , I’ve worked on projects that blend strategy, creativity, and community engagement. As a LedBy Accelerator participant, I’ve grown tremendously—developing stronger executive presence, gaining clarity in my career goals, and building a supportive network of like-minded Indian Muslim women. LedBy gave me the space to reflect, realign, and lead with confidence. The program pushed me to think critically about the kind of leader I want to be—one who uplifts others and leads with authenticity and intention. I'm particularly passionate about championing underrepresented voices and shaping inclusive spaces in both professional and societal spheres. Looking ahead, I aim to take on roles where I can drive sustainable, equity-focused change and inspire others to do the same.
