Tasneen Padiath

Tasneen Padiath leads the Digital Accounts and Fintech Partnerships for Visa in the Asia Pacific region. This includes oversight of partnerships with Visa’s largest global and regional digital partners, as well as, responsibility for Fintech engagement and business development and the Visa Fintech Fastrack Program. Previous to this Tasneen served as Managing Director for CEB (a Gartner company) in South East Asia and as head of the CEB Singapore office. She was responsible for the business performance of the CEB Leadership Councils and SHL Talent Measurement business in the region and also, led sales operations across Asia. Tasneen has worked at CEB in various capacities including as Head of Sales & Member Services for CEB Asia, Head of Product & Advisory Services for CEB Asia and as a lead Executive Advisor for CEB’s Sales and Marketing Practice in North America. Tasneen started her career as a Brand Manager with Proctor & Gamble in Singapore, following which she helped set up the international business (Asia and Europe) for a start-up chemical company in the US. She holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad, India, and a BTech (Civil Engineering) from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut, India.
