Simeen Mirza

Simeen Mirza is a digital health policy researcher and consultant. Until early 2025, she was Director, Research & Advisory at ACCESS Health International's Southeast Asia office. With over 15 years of consulting experience across industries, her role at ACCESS Health involved leading the organizations' advisory work on health policy, innovation, and health systems strengthening with a special focus on digital health. Prior to joining ACCESS Health, Simeen worked as an independent consultant advising governments, multilateral organizations, and Fortune 500 companies. Simeen holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad.
