Samhita is a seasoned banking executive with over two decades of leadership experience at HSBC, one of the world’s largest financial institutions. She has a proven record of driving enterprise-wide transformation delivering innovative digital, data, and operational strategies that have generated over $400M in value. Samhita has worked & lived in India, China & the UK. Samhita is the 2025 WeQual Award winner for Digital Enablement (EMEA).

Samhita is passionate about coaching and supporting those who feel 'stuck' or 'helpless' in their career or business, with a special fondness for helping young people starting out on their career journeys. She is a certified Leadership Coach (Association for Coaching) & certified in Advanced Coaching {Oxford University}.

Not only has Samhita coached and mentored her own team and colleagues (especially women) over the past two decades, but she has also volunteered her time and expertise outside her organisation. Samhita served as e-mentor at the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, the Prince’s Trust (now King’s Trust), the Generating Genius charity as well as being on the Advisory Board of a few women-led businesses, to name a few.

Samhita believes that knowledge needs to be shared, and experience needs to be passed on. The more each one of us spreads and lights the candle of awareness of another, with light from our own, the more evolved the world will be.

Post leaving HSBC in June 2025, Samhita is currently focused on building a transformative coaching and leadership development consultancy.
