Roseleen Ahmed

Roseleen Ahmed is a versatile HR leader and mentor with 13+ years of experience across oil & gas, petrochemicals, space technology, and digital advertising. A Chemical Engineer from Assam Engineering College, she began her career in large-scale operations, gaining deep experience in project management, procurement, supply chain, environment, and plant operations before transitioning into human resources. An MBA graduate from IIM Ahmedabad, she has since led people strategy in high-growth organizations, driving talent development, culture building, performance management, and leadership advisory.

A passionate mentor, Roseleen has guided hundreds of students, job seekers, and professionals on career clarity, job search strategy, and profile building. She is a certified POSH trainer and actively supports B-schools, platforms, and NGOs through mentorship, including pro bono initiatives for women. Her work in nurturing talent earned her the Global Excellence Award for Corporate Mentoring by HR Success Talk.

Outside work, Roseleen is an avid writer who has penned hundreds of poems. She shuttles between Guwahati, Bengaluru, and Chennai, where she lives with her husband, baby girl, and two cats. Known for her empathy and insight, she is committed to helping people grow with purpose.
