Nausheen Fatima Nomani

Nausheen Fatima Nomani is a lawyer with a strong background in white collar crime and commercial litigation, having a law degree from Jamia Millia Islamia She has worked in the field of law for over 9 years. She also provides consultancy for the MNCs and large corporation advising on matters pertaining to FERA, FEMA, PMLA, investigations, settlements with banks and creditors, and drafting responses on behalf of directors for classification as Wilful Defaulters. She has also negotiated for and on behalf of national and international entities.
She has garnered experience of practicing before Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, Punjab & Haryana High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, Consumer Forum, Rea Estate Regulatory Authority, Tribunal and Authority for PMLA and Benami, District Courts of Delhi and Haryana, and Delhi School Tribunal.

She has now started her own litigation under the name of Nomani & Co.
