Mrinalini Sen Gupta

Mrinalini Sen Gupta is currently managing Senlex Chambers and has varied experience in litigation and non-litigation matters. She began her career at the office of the Solicitor General of India and has also had the unique experience of working as a Judicial Assistant at the Court of Appeals, United Kingdom, assisting various Lord Justices with cases before the Family Division.

After completing her LL.M., she has continued practicing before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, various Family Courts, the National, and State Consumer Disputes
Redressal Commissions and District Courts across Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida.

She has the unique distinction of filing the first-ever class action Consumer Case on behalf of the Government of India. She has been appointed by the Union of India, the Government of Delhi and the Delhi Development Authority to advise and represent them in their legal matters for nearly a decade now.

Mrinalini has always encouraged contributing her legal acumen and experience to the less fortunate. Towards that objective, she has handled cases for the District Legal Services Committee. Thereafter, she has also been appointed by the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee since 2018 to pursue legal aid matters.

In 2019, she was chosen by the United States State Department for the prestigious International Visitors Leadership Program.
