Megha Jain

Megha has spent over a decade at Dasra creating and delivering educational programs for NGO leaders, philanthropists, corporates, and foundations. She works closely with Indian families to craft their philanthropic journey closely partnering with the non profit leaders. She brings diverse skill set spanning sales, business development and operations at Unilever, Futuregroup and Citigroup. She is certified Birkman coach and has consulted over 300 NGO leaders and other individuals to reflect on their leadership style leveraging the tool. She sits on the board of Railway Children India.
