Jasleen Kaur

"Jasleen is a Principal at The Bridgespan Group, bringing over 14 years of consulting, research, and analysis experience across both nonprofit and for-profit sectors.
At Bridgespan, she has led a wide range of advisory and knowledge projects, including strategy development, operating model design, and policy analysis. She also serves as a coach with the Bridgespan Nonprofit Development Program, supporting leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness.

Before joining Bridgespan, Jasleen worked at KPMG, CRISIL, and Ernst & Young (EY), where she contributed to engagements spanning business strategy, market assessments, feasibility studies, policy advisory, due diligence, and transaction advisory.

Jasleen holds an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, University of Delhi."
