Ifra Manzoor Dar

Ifra Manzoor Dar is a dedicated teaching fellow with Teach for India, where they are transforming traditional classroom practices through innovative methods that foster holistic student learning. With a passion for education, Ifra leads their Book Buddies elementary classroom, aiming to instill a love for reading and independent learning in young minds. A participant in the LedBy Accelerator Program’s 2024 Cohort 15, they are committed to personal and professional growth, embracing the core values of learning, power, and achievement.

Ifra holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in political science from Aligarh Muslim University and is currently a UPSC aspirant. Looking toward the future, they are exploring higher studies in social development, potentially abroad, and considering a career in civil services or teaching in higher education. Through these pursuits, Ifra aims to make a positive impact in the field of social development.
