Ghazala Saifi

Ghazala Saifi is an aspiring public health professional with a Master’s in Public Health and a deep passion for creating equitable healthcare access and empowering communities. Currently serving as a Senior Executive at Pinkish Foundation, Ghazala is dedicated to advancing women’s health and driving impactful initiatives in public health. Her academic background and commitment to social change shape her approach to tackling health disparities, particularly in community-centered and women-led projects.

As a participant in the LedBy Accelerator program, Ghazala developed key skills in professional communication, interview preparation, and career strategy, which have strengthened her transition into the field. She credits LedBy for fostering her confidence and direction, allowing her to embrace new challenges and support impactful solutions in public health.
