Anam Aamer

Anam is an accomplished professional with a strong foundation in HR, social impact, and policy research. Her experience includes an internship with Goldman Sachs, where she gained valuable insights into HR operations and vendor management, developing her multitasking, leadership, and growth mindset. She has also interned with leading public policy think tanks such as the Foundation for Democratic Reforms, Project Statecraft, and YLAC, where she managed complex research projects that deepened her expertise in public health and HR.

A passionate advocate for public speaking, Anam is the former President of the Young Orators Club, through which she has mentored young debaters and organized workshops, including a literary festival with Osmania University that attracted students from over 25 colleges. Now in her final year of business management at St. Francis College for Women, Anam is an incoming full-time HR Analyst at Goldman Sachs and aims to drive meaningful community impact at the intersection of management and social policy.
