Rubina, an accomplished scholar and researcher, holds an MPhil from Jawaharlal Nehru University, specializing in Women's Safety in India through e-Participation Platforms. Her dissertation explored digital ethics from a feminist perspective. Earlier, she completed her MA in Gender Studies from Ambedkar University, focusing on Televangelism and Muslim Women's issues.
