Ibtesam Fatma

Ibtesam Fatma is a fellow in the Young India Fellowship at Ashoka University. She graduated with BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, and Economics at Mount Carmel College, Bangalore. Though she belongs to an exiguous society where girls moving out to a different state for education is an infrequent event, she made her way out to learn and explore through her stout and perpetual effort. She is determined to use this opportunity to the fullest and encourage other girls from her society to step ahead. She aims to be a Data Scientist and intended to learn and contribute ways to reduce poverty, unemployment and increasing the availability of resources using data.
