Alishah Ali is currently working with the Partition Museum on the upcoming Museum in Delhi, which is to be housed at Dara Shikoh Library. She is a post-graduate in Conservation and Heritage Management and is a trained Conservator from the National Research Laboratory for Conservation of Cultural Property.
Dilli is never far from her heart or her mind. Her inherent passion for the workings of this vibrantly pulsating city is reflected in the knowledge she possesses of its nooks and crannies, along with the work she undertakes to contribute to its cause. She has been awarded the undergraduate research grant- 'Past in Delhi's Present: Historical and Environmental Archive of Delhi and the Community Research Scholarship from Sahitya Kala Parishad, Govt. of Delhi. Alishah has taken on internships skirting around heritage conservation, heritage management, and museology in organizations like National Mission on Monuments and Antiquities, GoUNESCO, India Lost and Found, INTACH, and Partition Museum. Along with the internships, she is co-founder of an organization that promotes intangible and tangible heritage called Chakor Lakeerein.
