Her experience in Human Resources is varied with stints in Talent Acquisition, HR Business partnering, Learning & Leadership development, Talent Management. She is passionate about people development and being a catalyst for change in organizations especially in the area of Culture & Diversity. She is passionate about helping individuals harness their potential. She completed her Graduation in Commerce from HR College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai and her Masters in Business Administration from the Indian Education Society, Mumbai in 2002. She was born and brought up in Mumbai and currently resides there.
