Mridvika's experience spans over 15 yrs across companies in technology services, consulting, non-profit, Ed-Tech, HR Tech start ups. She thrives in solving complex business problems and enjoys creating systems and structures out of chaos. Opportunities to grow businesses to scale excite her the most! For the last decade of her career, she's chosen to learn incremental and transferrable skills across early stage start ups in ed-tech and hr-tech. She is currently on an entrepreneurial pursuit and is building to solve the problem of women workforce participation.
