Ayesha D'Souza

Ayesha D’Souza is a seasoned finance professional with significant depth in both strategy and operations, and cross functional leadership expertise.

Her experience includes: technology, media, and telecom investment banking where she executed $18 billion in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity transactions in Silicon Valley and Wall Street, partnering with management teams and boards of directors to advise companies from startups to large publicly traded companies; operational restructuring; and growing and scaling businesses in the US and emerging markets.

She has wide ranging industry experience spanning technology, fintech, media, consumer retail, and education/education finance. She is also an artist (painter, photographer, and potter), an avid cook, world traveler, and enjoys coaching and mentoring people with incarcerated histories to transform their hustle, in prison and upon release.

Ayesha has an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Finance from Santa Clara University.
