Arisha Salman

Arisha Salman is a Digital Financial Inclusion Analyst at the Consultative Group to Assist the Poor (CGAP) which is hosted at The World Bank in Washington DC. She is a Master of Public Administration graduate from the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), Columbia University. Salman’s long-standing professional goal is to address the acute challenges that women from minority communities and other vulnerable groups face in accessing economic opportunities in India. She has worked across the areas of financial inclusion, gender mainstreaming, and digital financial services in South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Sub-Saharan Africa. She has held positions as a Management Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and with the Gender Equity Thematic Group at the Asian Development Bank.
