Munazah Shakeel is a neurodivergent Muslim woman from Kashmir. With a background in architecture, her aim is to reimagine inclusive and sustainable spaces rooted in social equity and climate justice. She has been associated with Change.org, CMHLP, Youth for Peace International and UN Women as an advocate for mental health, suicide prevention, peacebuilding and feminist leadership.
As a writer, researcher, and photographer, Munazah is passionate about amplifying the untold stories of marginalized communities, fostering discourse, and nurturing connections. Her Kashmiri heritage fuels exploration of themes such as Kashmiri identity, resilience, and collective memory. With ambitions to become a journalist, Munazah is strongly committed to social activism, inclusivity, and amplifying underrepresented voices.
