Rooshil Khan is a Psychology graduate from Aligarh Muslim University with plans to pursue post-graduation in Applied Psychology. Her ultimate goal is to become a successful Clinical Psychologist. Rooshil is certified in New Code and Core Skills NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and is eager to gain practical knowledge and grow in the mental health field. Painting is her passion, and she loves creating realistic artwork. She also has a keen interest in Islamic Psychology and is dedicated to reducing the stigma around mental health and making healthcare more accessible, especially within the Muslim community. Recently, she presented a paper highlighting the application of key Islamic concepts in promoting mental well-being. Rooshil firmly believes in the power of our beliefs shaping our lives and advocates for an optimistic outlook.
