Ayesha Ateekh

Resolute in her pursuit, Ayesha Ateekh is an architect, aspiring urban designer, and an urban enthusiast based in Hyderabad, India. She believes in designing for urban well-being and works on integrating spatial exploration and equality into the fabric of daily existence. With an ardent love for cities and an innate knack for problem-solving, her interests in communities and public interest design have propelled her to work in the realm of transformative urban interventions and comprehensive research endeavours, mainly on understanding design sensibilities for well-being in communities, socio-spatial justice and interdisciplinary collaborative design. She was awarded a research grant from her university and delved into understanding the spatial dynamics of transit spaces and their influence on user experiences. Fueled by the vision of creating a better world, she works to experiment, explore Urban Design and architectural theories, and reinterpret philosophies into practical applications - all through small yet impactful steps.
During alternate moments, she finds delight in meeting new people, acquiring fresh skills, immersing herself in diverse cultures, and savouring delicious cuisines
