Umme Asma

Umme Asma, who is a resident of New Delhi, has completed her Master’s degree in Applied Psychology, with a specialisation in Clinical Psychology from Jamia Millia Islamia. During the course of her studies, she interned with various NGO's and developmental organisations, working in the field of social and psychological development of Youth and Adolescents. She has a keen interest in Social and Peace psychology and plans to pursue research amongst the current generations of Youth for the same. She is also strongly interested in Crisis intervention and Psychological First-Aid and is currently looking forward to working as a part-time consultant and volunteer in this field. Apart from this, Asma enjoys watercolour painting and taking pictures of the most beautifully mundane things. She also loves trying out different forms of Art.
